Cochlear Shareholder Discussion

Cochlear is an outstanding company and one of only a handful that pass the teaminvest filtering process and member scrutiny.

Teaminvest facilitates regular discussions on behalf of its members and invites other shareholders like you to participate. Our members' objective is to gain insights into the company and to identify any potential risks that could affect the company's future prospects and therefore their investment.

At the discussion we will look at the excellent track record of Cochlear in recent years:

• macro and micro issues which participants feel may be future opportunities or threats to Cochlear in the next economic cycle
• its competitors, relative market position & its ability to maintain its growth rate
• leading to what participants feel would be a rate of return appropriate for investing in Cochlear and thus an attractive "buy price" - if they chose -to add to their holdings
